The Medicine Cognition Test is in development. We're calibrating the question bank with senior practitioners across primary care, internal medicine, and selected specialties, and we expect to open Medicine qualification at the Professional tier in 2026.

About the specialty
Medicine review work will pay at the Professional tier when the test opens. The work involves reviewing AI-generated answers on diagnosis, differential reasoning, drug interactions, and treatment-plan logic. We're being deliberate about calibration because medicine is the specialty where confidently wrong answers do the most direct harm.

What to expect when it opens
The Medicine Cognition Test will follow the same structure as every other specialty: 40 domain questions and 20 behavioural questions, pass mark 78%, no time limit, retake allowed. Initial scope will cover general medicine with selected specialty extensions to follow.
