What does the paid test cost?

Why is the Cognition Test paid?
Because the test is the entire qualification process. It replaces the CV screen, the interview rounds, and the recruiter. The fee covers running serious assessment and keeps qualification meaningful: people sit it when they are ready, not speculatively. The practice test is free and unlimited. Each payment covers one attempt at the Cognition Test; if you do not pass, you can pay to sit it again.

What kind of work do I get?
Reviewing AI-generated answers, spotting errors, classifying content, and evaluating model responses for accuracy and tone.
How and when do I get paid?

Is Jobpeak legitimate?
Yes. Jobpeak is a registered company with more than 300 subcontractors on the platform. Our subcontractors review work for some of the world's largest AI companies - non-disclosure agreements prevent us naming them, which is standard in this industry. You work as an independent subcontractor for Jobpeak. The review work itself comes from our clients - including some of the largest AI companies in the world - under non-disclosure agreements. You are paid by Jobpeak every week, with earnings calculated in USD.
